If the decision criteria is what produces the best stadium then memorial should be demolished and totally replaced. It is essentially a 1920's design with patchwork improvements. The "quality" of the vast majority of the sideline seats is substandard due to each seat's small footprint.

Assuming the south end zone project is approved, Mizzou will have spent or plans to spend a total of 150 million on Memorial Stadium (yes that price includes football training facilities) since joining the SEC and it is still a basic 1920's design with a lot of substandard seats.
