pour tens/hundreds of millions into our outdated 1920s-era stadium which will eventually be demolished anyway (probably in 5-10 years, making this $100 MILLION end-zone "investment" a total waste).

I hope the BoC rejects this SEZ proposal and we put the $100 MILLION toward something that will provide us with long-term value (i.e. a new/modern stadium).
