the stadium in an unspecified time period later on. I worked with a guy a decade ago who is some kind of staffer in their AD. He's not a Zenger fan so take with a grain of salt (he thinks he's in way over his head & can't deliver).

"You'll notice details were severely lacking. Actual words were "new stadium" ---no. He has a history of doing this sh*t. If I had to bet money, no legitimate renovation will start within five years to that POS stadium. No reason not to knock down one side & start over after a season & then do the other + the endzone when it's done. Not like we'll run out of seats. Allow me to borrow a trait from your people after all this: show me. He has so little respect here. Self kind of feels sorry for him but he's the actual Director of this department. Sh*t, he's running the whole show here."
