I think Sterk would have hired a competent, well liked coach

that doesn't necessarily mean P5/P6 but even then I think we still end up with the Porters.

Essentially, I think we don't end up with the Porters if we hire one of our assistants, someone everyone had to google, or someone with an established awful record; basically a disaster.

I'd say we were "not unlucky" to get the Porters. (granted, as Mizzou fans sometimes unlucky can feel like the norm)
