Clark only counted for one semester, I believe.

We had 10 players count for the full year (4 points each, 40 total).

We had one player count for a semester (2 points, 42 total).

If Payne was exempted, he's a 0.

Then we have Barnett, who was here for one semester as a transfer.

My guess: There's some kind of exemption that makes incoming transfers only count for half the normal points. So he's only a 1.
