If you start with 1000 being a perfect score

then 930 is 93% of that. If there are 12 scholarships, a perfect score would be 4/4 each year (2/2 each semester) for all 12, or 48 points.

Since we achieved 93% of the perfect score, it would seem that we we got 44.64/48.

Using those assumptions.
