Under the exact same scenario you laid out for Payne. If Payne was eligible to not be counted for those reasons, we were simply negligent in allowing Beidschied to take a full 2 point hit.

I would guess we deferred Clark and Allen to the next season under a technicality of timing of when they left. Which would be rather troubling if true because that would mean we have a full 4 point hit upcoming for those two in later years.
