what taxes we will pay? If that were the case what public services would actually be funded?

I may not agree with the result of every election but I had the ability to make my voice heard.

As an individual you may argue that taxes are not voluntary but as a society they definitely are.

For people like Pickle that have serious issues with the system there are two options. 1) work to sway enough people to your views to change the system from within. 2) if you cannot change the system or live with the constraints of that system you are free to move where the system is more conducive to your personal beliefs.
