like minded individuals to agree with him. Every school bond or school tax is voted on by the people or the representatives they put in office.
If you are suggesting that every tax collected has to be approved by every individual or that those individuals have the ability to opt out there would be no public services. Just imagine if the power company had to negotiate with every landowner to string a power line. How many of us would have electricity?
Society is a collective. Pickle and his ilk actually believe that everyone can be completely free of all rules, regulations and taxes but all of the things that make us a modern society would still be here in their current forms.
Many services are much more efficient or even possible when handled by a collective.
