Do you still want to blame the teachers? this started way before Obama School districts try to partly run their districts like a business and they are practicing good customer service. they refer to the parents as stake holders but not the teachers. They think that we signed up for it so we have to take it. Lawsuits are being pushed by some unions in some states. It is crazy, the NAACP gets involved even against African American Teachers craziest think that I have ever seen. Everyone is afraid to being sued
