And is replacing them with one size fits all gov regs that still wont work.

Your position is that the regs were effective (stats say otherwise) and that she won't replace with some thing at least as effective.

How about we reverse the government takeover of the student loan business that occurred under Obama. This then solves the poor customer service that was, and is still being provided, by the Servicing companies that were set up under the government take over.

Does it still surprise you that when the government takes over an industry or market segment that they do so in a poor manner?
