trying to keep kids from defaulting on their student loans. There were certain timelines the CU had to adhere to in order to stay on track to go after the former students if they defaulted, but the CU would let that crap slip through the cracks.

It was not very well organized and she worked to make it better so they could meet those default deadlines/notifications.

But many of the employees just didn't give a sh*t.


It was in Jennings.
