I was explaining the Section 8 set asides in all the vast apartment growth in Overland Park along 135th Street thanks to Obama's regs on housing to someone last week. He said "but those are high-end apartments". I explained how the developers got tax incentives to hold back a certain number in each development for Section 8 and I thought his head was going to explode.
