School funding has always been a problem and it needs to be solved. Unequal education is not always about money Their are some poor schools in southern Missouri that do well. The lack of discipline is a problem that The teachers Unions are trying to get districts to address it. Some states are getting better Michigan is doing better so is California A lot of states are doing ok. with the discipline. It is like teaching pre schoolers at a middle school level A lot of the behavior is caused by developmental disorders as well it is complicated.
