I am no expert, but an avid student of the Historic Christ, Hindu and Sufis and Buddhism.

Christians tell you Jesus will give you eternal life.
Krishna tells Arjuna that all that is has always been and will always be.

Similar there - both suggesting eternal life. Christians demand you jump through hoops and BELIEVE. Without Belief ya got nothing.

Krishna doesn't want or need your belief. You are eternal believing or not.
