I believe it is vary complex and ambiguous.
Maybe put it this way. Building a bigger wall would be about 10th on my priority list to fix things.
My top 3 on my priority list:
- Getting rid of illegals that are causing harm in our country (crimes/terrorism)
- Going after employers that are breaking hiring laws
- stop giving free stuff to those illegals that have not paid any form of income tax
Those 3 alone will reduce their desire to come here, and in some cases, as Trump mentioned, they will self deport
- I might add a 4th to makeup some of the potential employment slack is to expand the guest worker program.
