And, if people decide to enter the "wall-less" border via one of the hundreds or thousands of non-occupied places and avoid the "light screening", you will then do nothing to validate anyone in the country has passed the screening, correct?
why do you thin folks who aren't coming with good intent will come to your voluntary, widely spread, light-screening locations?
