it delivered as designed. Where medicaid expansion was denied and exchanges not set up - it is not working.

It is OF COURSE dependent on broad participation rates, therefore the mandate. Without the mandate it fails.

So what is the goal? Is it health care coverage for Americans? If so - Obamacare works. If it is for tax cuts for folks with money - it fails obviously.

GOP "plan" as presented eliminates the funding by eliminating the Mandate - and Voila it fails. NO **** sherlock, of course it does. Let's stop the taxing to fund Defense and voila, defense fails.

Again, WHERE implemented as designed it LOWERED premium increases vis a vis what they were prior, and it reduces the deficit. GOP does not like paying for things. Don't pay for it, it fails. How about that?

I don't know where you live or what you were looking for, but my numbers were not nearly as high as yours.
