arguing "reality" v. "original intent" without both sides knowing they are doing so.

when you say something like "SCOTUS has power of judicial review based on M v M", the response you may get is "SCOTUS doesn't have that power, M v M was unconstitutional".

the reality is you're always talking past one another in these discussions.

That said, ummmm's right - you really don't understand the constitution at all and nearly always come off as ignorant and stubborn to stay that way in these dialogues.
