does not say that a black man is 3/5ths of a white man. Third of all, the 3/5ths clause is still a part of the Constitution.

At some point, would you be honest enough to admit that you are not knowledgeable about this document and potentially open your mind to those who have spent time learning about the document and who are trying to actually help you understand its original intent?
