It said free men counted but everyone else only counted as 3/5th of a person for census purposes (Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3). Since slaves at the time were all black this was based upon skin color.
Of course is is still part of the Constitution, they do not go back and delete parts of the document. It was made obsolete by the thirteenth amendment. So technically slaves are still counted as 3/5 of a free man. But the 14th abolished slavery so it really does not matter.
That was a silly argument, even for you. You and your Pickle buddy do love to deflect from the topics at hand with nonsense arguments.
