the fanbase? Because the team doesn't seem to be beaten down. They are still fighting, playing hard. Sticking with Kim also shows faith in them and may encourage them to improve.
If I were at all considering keeping Kim, I'd be tempted to hire a coaching consultant to review game film. Not us Tigerboard clowns commenting on what is, or is not, good coaching/bad coaching, but get an actual expert to review it and see if it's improved or deficient - wins/losses aren't the only way to determine that. I think recruiting is the real issue. I'm not sure how you recruit without more wins.
