I would think jumping from 7 or 8 total wins to .500 next year might be near impossible. So you are advocating to keep on a coach whose ceiling in year 4 is below .500? Good god. I know you love Kim and are afraid we may hire a black coach but anyone who thinks keeping Kim on is even a remotely decent idea must be related to Kim.
