be good for the program? I can't understand how anyone can possibly think that keeping Kim on would be anything but a disaster for this program? The harm that retaining Kim would do to the fan support, donations, ticket sales, and just plain moral of the AD would catastrophic. Of course getting a new coach is going to be much better for the program right now.
