Yes and teaching to college Freshman is so much different

Than high school seniors. Got it.
I am not talking about going into early education, or special education etc...
Next you will likely go into well in college they want to be there and in high school they don't or may not care. Got it.
By the way,maybe the Schoold need someone that actually can set and adhere to budgets. They apparently do a poor job, as they never seem to have enough money, never have a contingency fund, and their only response to any change in financing is to scream that the teachers will be laid off and the poor children will be victims
