So not a cut from higher education per se. Due to limited on campus housing that all housing is high at Mizzou (yea I am paying for a student there now). And the University really does not want students living on campus after their freshman year? Limited availability leads to higher prices along with the federal loan bubble in college financing/cost.
So do not live on campus.
