When I retire the first time why not? I would be rarity

A male over 55 teaching in a classroom. Most can retire by that age under the current structure. I haven't kept up to date on how the retirement system works in MO but isn't it in essence 30 years more or less and you can retire.

Then we can talk about the administrative side. I would not be qualified to make final decisions on the curiculium aspect but on the budgeting and financial side. There are many people qualified for that aspect of the job, but are locked out because they don't have the teachers certificate and the administration certificate
