difference that you ignore is the fact that we are in the third year of Kim's basketball coaching tenure, and only in the first of Barry's coaching tenure. I would imagine that if we have a losing record after year three in football, BO will be actively criticized.

I'm a believer that a rebuild in basketball can and should start to happen by year three. In football, it can take a bit longer - maybe 5 years before it's well on its way.
