judge, who issued the TRO and compare that to the order issued by Gorton who declined to continue a TRO.

Robart's TRO is 7 pages and basically says that the plaintiffs are likely to suffer harm etc because.....well b/c they say so. it's just accepted as fact. with no real supporting case law or facts cited.
contrast that with Gorton's order which is 21 pages long and lays it out with what looks to me to be a well reasoned and supported legal argument.
