much different had circumstances been different? Say Odom had been the head coach at Memphis for 2-3 years and had Western Michigan-type seasons, which was very likely in my opinion. Same guy, same coach, but he'd be considered a great coach and recruiter going into his new power 5 job. Instead, he's going to have to prove it without that mid-major hype like Herman and Fleck.
