Not in a "star" debate because we know the subjectivity of that system. But we have 3 players with Kentucky & Vandy offers, and 1 player with an Ole Miss offer. Very few have a list outside of old conference teams of kansas, iowa state, oklahoma state and the occasional Arizona or random lower level Power 5.
By comparison, look at Kentucky for example; many, many commits with offer lists including Bama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee...
If your argument is that we recruit different regions than the other SEC teams, I would say then it is concerning that among all the 11 states we have HS commits from, only 4/17 recruits have an offer from the Power 5 in-state school. Those 4 offers? Illinois to our two Illinois commits, Indiana/Purdue to our Indiana commit, kU to Armstrong, and Georgia Texh to Cook. None of our Texas recruits even have an offer from Any Texas Power 5 school for example.
LA- Turner, Sparks
GA- Cook (GT)
NC- Rountree
IL- Estes (IL), Christopherson (IL)
TX- White, Petry, Bledsoe, Gardner
MI- Borum, Ulmer
TN- Miller
FL- Miller
IN- Coleman (IN, Purd)
AL- Brooks
KS- Armstrong (kU)
With that being said, I think we win 8 games or more this year with the perfect storm of offensive continuity of staff and personnel and a favoreable home/away schedule.
