so they won't use roads, law enforcement or mil protection,

Their kids won't go to school, they won't use street lights at night, water from public water fountains, general sanitation, will not enter any parks or community centers, no public transportation use, no library use, or any municipal buildings in addition to not purchasing anything that may be quality controlled by a govt agency which would include breathing our air that govt agencies use our taxes to regulate companies unlike in Mexico where there's few enforced regulations.

So yeah, come on over if you aren't going to do any of those things.
