healthcare for life-saving procedures. That excludes everything else, except the necessary - and considerable - incarceration costs.

First, repeal the 14th. We don't need instant, manufactured new citizens and MORE welfare costs. Make jobs for illegals also illegal, with onerous punishment for employers. Also no driver licenses, etc. Need to encourage self-deportation.
