I think that the very little govt force that should exist should exist for the sole purpose of keeping the peace. Moving a person acting inappropriately on someone else's property would be an example of keeping the peace.

It is a deal only between those affected. From where I sit, I don't believe this is a big deal. Frankly, I don't believe it really exists in any significant way.
