was written in the constitution (imagine) you could not argue the legal right to do it, but you could certainly say that it is a reprehensible act.
You cannot imo, deny that there is a right to abortion, a legal right, maybe not a moral one.
Similarly, the right to burn the flag exists, legally again.
But pickle's law is up for interpretation as bizarre as that even is. And i would think and hope that public decency and public health and just not being a degenerate would carry the day on this one.
