am i a victim if i look at it? smell it? step in it? not in the pure sense of the word, but, suppose one could stretch that definition to define someone as such; which is why you need to define victim.
how slight can the harm be? can it be simply an affront to one's taste or morals or something similar?
but the reality there is no victim, in this example, but society (using their good sense) has determined it's in their collective best interests to prohibit people from ****ting in public.
