Good shape. I don't think it has been in good shape for 15 years. I'd be willing to bet at the next time hiring a coach, more established names will be interested than the last time, possibly even when we hired MA. And I'm not arguing that the teams werent better during their tenures, but that their tenures added up to us being in the ****show we are in now.
