expectations and fan support. Assembled an absurdly low level of roster talent and made MU a non-entity in terms of national recruiting. Caused APR long term obstacles. Won a comically few amount of games and was completely non-competitive in most contests against actual opponents.

I don't think he is purposefully or maliciously tanking our program, obviously he was simply promoted into a job role for which he has no competency for. But effectively yes, he is tanking our program. To a degree that it would have previously been assumed to be impossible.
