There is simply no arguing the fact that tax reduction, to a point, will stimulate growth and spending. And will lead to overall revenue increases through a broader tax base. But if you spend and spend in excess of that revenue increase, it defeats the purpose of deficit reduction.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
