Was speaking with a man this morning who will leave for his Florida winter home soon. Not a wealthy man, but a successful one. He has the days counted when he has to be there because to maintain residency he must live there so many days of the year. Why the fuss? Taxes.

We are already seeing what businesses are open to doing if there is encouragement to keep and reinvest more of their earnings rather than giving it to federal bureaucrats. Just the promise of it is already making a difference. And it will continue to do so.
