any vendor it chooses, but shouldn't leverage its buying power to influence vendors to make decisions it benefits from or would value - is this the argument against this "threat"?
Is this intervention or common business practice?
If Walmart buys $10,000,000 worth of products from a large supplier and a subsidiary of this supplier is considering partnering with Menards - is it unethical or interference on the part of Walmart to threaten or insinuate the possibility of the $10MM in business being at risk due to the action of the subsidiary in order to change their minds?
