I'm probably a worse basketball coach than KA.

All I can do is look at the results and reason good coaches figure it out. Great coaches take major attitudes that others can't handle and get them focused.

Look at Calipari. I don't like the guy, but he gets 1-and-done players to accept less playing time than they'd get elsewhere and won't play them unless they play hard at defense. Defense! Something everyone bemoans modern players don't give effort on. Calipari is a great coach.
