didn't turn it around in the first 3 years. Anderson inherited a team full of losers and malcontents and you think it should already be fixed. The point is that you don't get to choose your players when you take over a team, you have to build that team over time. You have to rid yourself of the dead weight. How people can't see this simple truth is mind boggling.
