into thinking they are buying a product with high manufacturing standards and quality but will fall apart quickly isn't theft by deception?

Do you drive a brand name automobile made to high standards? Would you be upset to buy a copycat with a manufacturer's logo on it only to have the engine crap out at 20,000 miles?
