although i don't need the right wing smack. i don't call you a leftist retard.

but i'd like to see the process tightened up as well. certainly voter i.d. would be part of that.

i believe many people don't vote because they know the outcome. "kansas will always be republican, so why bother." thus, the college gets in the way of voter participation.
