The shame is when you hire the wrong guy like KA or Haith before him. I don't want this to turn into an argument about Haith, but he had the program headed in a terrible direction. So he jumps before the ship sinks which could have been a godsend. Instead we made the wrong hire again in KA. I was fine giving KA another year, but I have no confidence in this team doing enough to warrant continuing to stay the course. The state of the program is pathetic. However, bringing in an exciting coach can get things turned around really quickly. We just have to make the right hire this spring.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
