Not that anyone would actually do that, of course. But are you in favor of an invitro fertilization and the creation of life that will never be allowed to live, and serve as a stockroom for extra DNA?

And smoking may have harmful effects, really? We should study that. A lot.

I have no idea what amendment three is, other than the case you just made in favor it.
