I think he's done a pretty good job ... not good ... with a cupboard of sometimes selfish, mostly overrated guys with attitudes. Put on probation that was for actions that occurred under the previous coach.

By the way, I'll say it again ... it all started with the firing of Norm, the failing to hire Self and the hiring of QS. Almost constant turmoil since with 4 different coaches.
