MU had avged 25.5 wins per season the prior 6 years to his arrival, made 5 of 6 NCAA tourney's with an NIT appearance, with an avg conference finish of 4.3, with 5 first team All Conference selections and put 7 players in the NBA either via draft or free agency.

Since that point we have avged 9 wins per season, not come close to making the NIT, with an avg conference finish of 14th, and have never had anywhere close to this low level of talent in the program's modern history.

This is not a difficult tipping point to identify.
