You can say that Mike ANderson left the cupboard bare and that Haith tried to patch the wound with transfers, but nothing was so dire that it resulted in 19 wins in 2 seasons.
The problems with Mizzou basketball are 90% the fault of the failures of Kim Anderson and his staff.
Mizzou will not be relevant in basketball until he is gone. You will see how obvious his failures are when we see a drastic turn around of the program the very first year he leaves. Of course, the grey hairs will probably give Kim all the credit for setting up the nice coach well.
This mess is on Kim.
